Avaya Inc. – Corporate Counsel – 2000 to 2001.  Director level counsel to business units.  U.S. and multinational marketing, sales, distribution and mfg. Lead counsel for international involving offices in 18 countries and distribution in over 50 countries.  Advised and trained U.S. and foreign office counsel.  

 

Lucent Technologies Inc. – Corporate Counsel – 1996 to 2000.  Handled domestic and multinational

issues for business units.  Trained counsel and advised in international legal and other areas.

 

AT&T Corp. – Senior Attorney – 1983 to 1996.  Served as Lead Counsel for Business Units, handling regulatory matters, fraud projects, advertising and arbitration matters in addition to general legal matters.

 

Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom – Litigation Associate – 1976 to 1983. Team Leader in corporate takeover litigation, with emphasis on securities laws, tender offers, proxy fights and shareholder lawsuits.
